Things I think I think

1. Has anybody asked Bobby Petrino if he's interested in the Clemson job yet? If not, why not? How about Rich Rodriguez?

2. Clay Matvick and David Diaz-Infante are handling the ESPNU broadcast of the Arkansas at Kentucky game. Prepare to be underwhelmed by the quality of their work.

Speaking of Arkansas at Kentucky, if you're a Louisville fan who do you root for in that game? Or, more precisely, who do you root against? Do you hold your nose and hope the coach who tirelessly worked to leave Louisville for bigger and better jobs beats the hated Wildcats? Or do you put aside in-state rivalry hoping to see Petrino get his comeuppance and finally lose to UK?

I think I think Louisville fans root for a 0-0 tie, followed by a power outage in OT that results in the game being suspended.

3. As usual, I direct you to the SportsJournalists.com CFB poll. This week, the pollmeister plays a little game of "Fraud or No Fraud?"

And don't forget AwfulAnnouncing.com's Pammy Standings ...

4. I think no coach has done a 180 better than Oklahoma State's Mike Gundy. Heck, he's even funny (intentionally) at press conferences now ...

5. I think these UCF players should be more discreet when giving their opinions to Miami fans ...

Magic 8 Ball Prediction

Will Arkansas cover the spread (currently 9.5) at Kentucky?

(Views expressed by the Magic 8 Ball do not necessarily reflect the views of this blog, the blog owner nor this post's author. Advice from the Magic 8 Ball is for entertainment purposes only and not for actual wagering ... even though Magic 8 Ball is 2-1 in predicting Arkansas games.)

Prediction: Malzahn to Clemson, Muschamps to Tennessee. If only you had been more patient Arkansas fans, you could have fired Nutt after a down season this year and gotten Muschamps (or alternately Malzahn if you are in NWA).

I would take the OSU coach any day over the current staff in Fayetteville.
