Think of what this would do for attendance at a place like Memphis and others at the bottom of these conferences.

Because all the teams in these conferences would generally be much closer together than the way conferences are now, fans would be able to travel like never before.

With all these teams from Tennessee, Mississippi, and Alabama in the conference, the Liberty Bowl would be sold out every game!

This is good for football.
