The top 20 games to watch this season

According to Sports Illustrated's list, the best game of the year will be Florida at LSU on Oct. 6. Lee, Notre Dame at Penn State on Sept. 8 is No. 20. In Week 1 Florida State at Clemson is No. 18, and Tennessee at Cal is No. 16.

How about I comment on the ones I think should be on the list, because that will be shorter. Most of these were listed because the media has their favorites (UCLA vs USC has no business being on the list this year).

#20 ND vs PSU - This will be a good game to go see, which at the very least I should be at Happy Vally for tailgating. The atmosphere should be spectacular. But I don't think it will be a good game because I don't think ND is very good.

#19 Miami vs OU - Good out of conference game that will be interesting to see and help figure out which conferences are better, particularly since there isn't a play off system.

#16 UTenn vs Cal - Same as #19, plus the teams should be good this year.

#15 Boise vs Hawaii - Should be a lot of scoring and that always makes for excitement.

#13 LSU vs Bama - New Saban team vs Old Saban team. The players will be pumped up. I think LSU is overhyped, but better than Bama. Les Miles isn't as good of a coach as Saban.

#8 USC vs Nebraska - Another good out of conference match up and Nebraska is better than people think.

#6 USC vs Cal - Two good teams playing for the conference championship.

#5 Louisville vs WVa - Rematch of the year #1a.

#4 VaTech vs LSU - Sentimentallity vs a BSC hopeful.

#1 LSU vs Fla -Rematch of the year #1b. Possible new champ vs the old champ. LSU comes in with a better quarterback this year. I never bought into JaMarcus being the #1 draft pick. He's consistently inconsistent when the game needs him the most. Meyer's is a better coach than Miles, but LSU won't be tricked by a jump shot this year.
